Rich Cornelison is the principal of RCC Property Management, Inc. He is a USC graduate with a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Rich has been managing commercial properties since 1985. He began his career with Coldwell Banker whose property management division was moved to Charles Dunn Company. He helped open the Charles Dunn North Hollywood office and continued managing a robust commercial portfolio until 2007. It was then that he realized that the corporate approach to commercial management would be better handled by smaller model where managers and accountants were under the same supervision so that all details of the property could be better managed. He felt that smaller portfolios with experienced managers and accounting staff would give individual attention and produce a better product for the owner. RCC Property Management, Inc. was formed and has been successfully managing properties using this model since 2007.
