Meet Rich Cornelison
Rich has managed commercial real estate in the Conejo Valley, greater LA County, and greater Ventura County since 1985. Every client works directly with him, not a rotating cast of account managers, so the person you call is the same person who knows your property, your tenants, and what you’re trying to accomplish. That hands-on involvement is deliberate: staying ahead of maintenance and tenant issues rather than reacting to them, and making decisions with each property’s long-term value in mind, not just the current lease term.
